License Plate in Front

I noticed some License plates are on the front bumper. Since FL. does not require front Lic. plates. Will there be holes there if the plates were to be removed?

nope, the bracket is held from a screw underneathe the top portion of the front bumper.

Yes, when you remove the bolts there will be holes left, but you cant see them...Only if you lay on the ground and look up!
