Length of DIN cable

How long is the DIN cable for the OEM CD changer? I was able to locate the hole where the cable enters the left, front (the side next to the firewall) of the trunk. It is taped together with a bunch of other cables. Does the cable pull out from the hole so that it can reach the back, right side of the trunk where the changer mounts? Please let me know. Thanks!

Yes, the factory-installed CD changer cable reaches from where it enters on the front left side of the trunk to the right side where the OEM changer bracket mounts. (all directions are assuming you are standing facing the open trunk)

My experience aparently has been different than Lud's. It was my understanding though experience that the NSXes come prewired up to the firewall. If a CD-Changer is installed, a cable is included that runs from the firewall to the right of the trunk. Wait! What are you putting it in the trunk for? Oops, Chris is right. I guess it has been a long time since I messed with one of those cables! Now that he mentions it, I do remember an DIN-DIN extension cable that connects where the pre-wired cable comes into the trunk. Sorry for any confusion!

I would never mount a changer in my glove box though. I REALLY miss having that big glove box now that I have a model with the passenger side airbag. JMO!
