what if you put a Honda emblem say on a t-shirt and started selling it.


would u get in trouble? if so, how can you get by this?

You will get in trouble because you steal a registered trademark. You can try to buy a licence from Honda.

how can i do that? im assuming its freakin expensive.

probably prohibitively so. might be doable for a registered non-profit, but probably not fo r a for profit venture. however, people do it all the time and aren't prosecuted for trademark/copyright infringement, but you'd be taking your chances. the more you sold and the higher profile you became, the more likely it would be to make honda notice you.
