I was one of the first to get the LED option from Erik. I love them but after a few months the glue he used didn't hold up and the lenses came apart. I told him about it and he offered to have me send them to him to fix it but I just put some glue on it myself and put it back in. A couple months later the other side came undone.Now a couple LEDs on one side are flickering. I will eventually pull them out and send them to him becuase I need them fixed but have always wanted him to extend the LEDs for a longer line.Like you I also think its nice to have the LEDs in this location for the cleaner look since that is where the lights are supposed to be in the first place.
