Where can I find the LED lights to replace the oem doom light, interior lights, and 2 front lights? The oem lights look so oldschool and use a lot of voltages.

Oh gosh, welcome to 2004! The search is your friend, my friend... all of our friend's friend! :D

www.superbrightleds.com

www.autolumination.com

www.ebay.com (my personal preference as you get better prices & more bulbs cost vs. the options above)

G/luck!

(don't forget to post some pics in an existing thread or a new one, along w/ what you ordered & from where, for how much, and your opinion)

Note: a few sizes listed above are not correct or N/A (ie. actual bulbs sold as wedge-size w/ different code/# or the festoons sold as XX mm), so bests' to use the search here on NSX Prime to find the relevant thread of what all people bought & their feedback

I've done LED interior conversions on a few cars, and it is always a lot of fun. I typically just use plain jane Radio Shack perf board and custom make arrays to fit in the different areas (like the dome light). My personal favorite led is a simple 3mm, 6000 mcd super white, which can be had on Ebay for 10 cents a piece.

Most of the time, for the door lights, I'll put a pulse wave modulator (PWM) in with a little voltage regulator circuit so I can control the brightness. A PWM "stobes" the LEDs so they look dimmer, but are still running full voltage. I tend to find that I like the look of 6 or 9 LEDs in the doors, but the brightness is just way too much.

Have fun, and for more reference, I recommend the LED forum at hidplanet.com.
