LED bulb to replace front parking light

Maybe your car has some kind of problem that it's burning out the bulbs fast. Mine still has the original bulbs, after 13 years and 54K miles, and they're working fine...

Got LED front marker lights

I got some PIAA Super LED High Intensity White bulbs from AutoBarn. They have a nice subtle very white color ( they also
come in blue/white and yellow) and were no problem to install.
Model H-263E,part number 19263. The OEM bulbs would burn
out every 3-4 years for me. The new LED's are a nice match
for my SOS HID's.

I went the other way and switched to amber bulbs.
Looks much nicer IMO with the amber side markers.

Hmm, interesting that I should come across this thread, seeing that my right parking light just went out.

A few questions:
1) What's the difference between the Xtreme White and Super White
2) How does the "wedge" (?) LED bulb differ from the first two
3) I haven't got around to checking the car manual, but is it simple to get to the burnt out bulb? (I took a quick glance at the lens and didn't notice how to gain access.)

Answer 1: The difference is in color temperature. Xtreme Whites are about 4100K and Super Whites are about 3800K.

Answer 2: The first two are incandescent, the led is led. (not zeppelin)

Answer 3: If you get on the ground and look up at the outside part of the lens from the bottom, you'll see a philips head screw. You need to loosen the screw all the way (it won't come out by design) then carefully rotate the lens out of the bumber. The bulbs are held in with the standard 1/4 turn bayonets.

PIAA makes an Xtreme White halogen to fit that type 168 bulb. I love they way they look. Nice and white. Get them from The Tire Rack

Just received and installed these parking lamps... looks great! Thanks!

Any tips on install? Does the front bumper have to come off?

So side by side:
