Las Vegas NSX - December 3rd Meet

Hi All,

Better late than never. Sorry I was away for business since last month and didn't have time to organize our monthly meet. Knowing that most everyone will be busy around X'mas and New Year, I will try to see if everyone will get together again next Saturday.

Date: Saturday, December 3rd

Time: 11:00am
Assembly: Lamborghini LV parking lot (7770 Dean Martin Drive - Take Blue Diamond West off Hwy 15 and make a right at the first light. Lambo LV is about 1/4 mile down on the right.)

Time: 11:30am
Caravan: Depart Lamborghini LV for Spring Mountain Raceway, Pathrump.

Time: 12:00pm
Lunch: Open - Catch some of our fellow NSXer's at Deli track meet.

Time: 1:00pm
Track Pass: Enter track as spectators and to cheer off for NSXer's. I was told the entry fee is $5 per vehicle. (NO TRACK TIME INCLUDED)

Meet up with Mr. Tom Brazill of Lamborghini LV today and he was nice enough to let us assemble at their lot next Saturday. Those who are interested in checking out some Italian supercars are welcome to arrive earlier. They open at 10am on Saturdays. Who knows, some of us may take the pledge....

Next we take a nice short drive to meet up with the Deli NSX group at their track meet at Pathrump. Catch them for lunch is optional and we will play it by ear.

Your cheering section will be there by noon. Hope Tom setup the rear Deli bar at second hole from end. This will give the most neutral balance.

Hi All,

Wow what a day! Thanks for all your support. If I didn't leave anyone out, we had 6 NSX's, 2 Porsche GT-2's, and 1 Prelude. Bill, Bryan, Chris, Keith, Nik, and myself with NSX. Jason and Sandy with GT-2, and Tom with Prelude. (If anyone have pictures, please kindly post them here.)

Special thanks to Tom Brazill of Lamborghini Las Vegas for allowing us to assemble at their lot. More so for allowing us to populate and salivate all over their showroom full of dream cars. I'll send a crew to mop everything up tomorrow...... :biggrin: Personally, my biggest treat of the day was the honor to, not only to sit-in, but to crank-up the ultimate dream car........the Saleen S7 Turbo. Oh sweet internal combustion orchestra tingling up and down my spine. Many Thanks......... (Did anyone took a picture of that? ....... If not......Darn......)

Knowing how difficult it will be to pry anyone out of Lambo LV, I had to kidnap Chris and Tom at gun point to leave for Pathrump Spring Mountain Track. We have a friend, Lance, there waiting for his cheering section. Below are a few snap-shots of the Deli Track Session. Thankfully I didn't take any pictures of ourselves. Tom, Chris, and I probably didn't look too pretty in those mini's and pom-poms.......... and boy it was windy and cold.......

Hey Paul,

Thanks for the complement. Your NSX is very trick. I like the blue haze on your CF hood. It looks like you spent a lot of time customizing your NSX; it must get TONS of stares. You may have to get a Murcielago to top your NSX on the wow meter. :smile:

That was a fun weekend, pretty cold too. I don't remember any NSX's passing, or dusting that Evo though, I think Lance may have just started in front of that guy in the beginning of that session. I could be mistaken though.

I attempted to meet up with you all. But it is amazing how having directions would have helped me get to Lambo.:redface: I forgot about a small part of the directions about turning right off of Blue Diamond. Sounds like I missed some nice cars. Hopefully I can meet up next time. Everyone have a great holiday.
