Lamborghini Track Day this Saturday

I think I'm going to go to this event, does anyone else here plan on attending?
They have a track session and show/shine portion, so should be a fun day even if you don't participate directly.

Believe or not, I won in a category the judges had to create - "Best Preparation"

No trophy, but a nice shirt.

I was honored as the judges even came to me after the meet and said how nice they thought the car was and had to award something. Several have judged national shows and one judge, who was there with a beautiful Porsche 356, knows what the competition is like.

One even said -"come back to another one without so many Italian cars and it will do better."

Was an excellent event and a great location. Highly encourage anyone who has not been out to that place to check out a future event. I took my little brother (as I am in Big Brothers/Sisters) and he loved the whole day.

Gallardo GTR race car. Had only been out a few laps. After the incident, we overheard crew saying "We told him not to push it that hard." So much for that.

I saw your cars at the track. I had mine there too, sadly it was towed away Friday morning (thanks to a naughty cow being in the road late Thursday night).

I was tuning for a friend who was participating in the regional kart race. I never saw any owners standing by their NSX's when I walked about. I guess they were wondering around and checking out all the other fancy cars

The 96 that was part of the show looked great! Talk about flawless interior, is that original?

The Lamborghini on fire made for an interesting show. It happened right across from the kart track in plain view! I tell you what, the guy driving the fire truck had a better line and drove better than most of the Lamborghini drivers
