hey guys...

i just recently picked up a 05 lotus elise. been shopping forever for a good nsx platform to build with. but with limited nsx's on the market, i opted for the lotus elise for now. i still do plan on picking up an nsx sometime in the near future...

the lambo belongs to duke (the blue widebody nsx), and like stated above, the elise belongs to me... hope you guys like the pictures. you would be surprised at how much "ghetto-riggin" i had to come up with to take these pictures...

Nice rides! The lotus must feel like a go cart. Hey, where u at a birthday party for a girl named Judy not to long ago?

lookin damn good... are you just into photography or do you do this professionally? I just know every picture i've ever seen of your NSX is allways pro-quality.

Wow both are very nice rides. Duke has join the dark side. Did those two cars drive by themselves in those photos? Both enjoy in good health.

Nice.
I have been thinking about picking up an Elise in the spring time. I would like to hear some thoughts of it from a former NSX owner current driving the Lotus.

haha... thanks jin. since we both market for a health science company, our personal philosphy is: "what good is all the wealth in the world, if you don't have any health left to enjoy it"....

but i had duke drive both cars, while i sat on the bed of a truck as we shot the rolling shots...

thanks again. yeah, i'm just into photography. strictly amature if anything. i want to someday get formal training and perhaps coaching with photography. but for now, i'm just experimenting and just trying to "self teach"... trail and error mainly. thanks again!

yes, people ask how the lotus feels on the road, and the best and only answer i can give them is... "feels like a legalized streetable go-kart.".... and if i was at a party for judy, the only one i can think of is, a party she held at the yardhouse in pasadena.

here's a few more we shot that day. just finished retouching these photos:

This is going to sound weird, but the pics look like they are from a video game! Which is weird to say considering that a few years ago we'd never compare pictures to Outrun!

The pics look great, what kind of camera/res did you use?

i'm currently using a canon 10D for all these shoots. i'd love to get my hands on a 20D in the near future.

Very nice pictures. Been a fan of your pictures from the first couple I've seen from you. I'm using a d70 and just preordered a nikon d200. But I'm also into photography. How did you do the motion shots? I can do motion shots on cars with tripods:

I can only do motion shots of partial car. I don't know how to do the entire car. How do you do it? You mentioned sitting on the bed of a truck. Are you going the same speed? Or do you have a camera rig? And by the way, the last picture of the lambo is my favorite. Great composition. Well thanks in advanced.

The Dark Side is the best side, theres nothing more imposing & intimidating than the eyes of the raging bull looking you straight in the eye.
