Do you need other parts or cup kit to install this coilovers over the stock ones? This is bolt on and don't need soldering right?

You need to reuse your top hats or get new hats for it.

Yes this is a bolt on kit; not modification necessary. You will want to get an alignment though, since the car will sit lower.

Also as 'pennies' mentioned, you'll need to reuse your top hats from your stock suspension. It's recommended to change the top hat bushings with new ones too, since they're rubber and probably old and hard. I can send you the part numbers for those.
