just a copy-cat fabricator offering a knockoff replica of a genuine kit...

If anything, I'd venture to assume they were replicas of Willwood BBK's.

Ksport USA, D2 Racing NA, G4 Racing, F2 (Form & Function Autolife), Megan, ARK, et'al are all replica's of actual genuine JDM import/tuner parts & components.  Funnier yet, they even appear to be knockoff replicas of each-other. Country-of-final-assembly doesn't matter as even Tein, HKS, GReddy, and others fabricate some of their offerings outside of Japan, but they maintain a level of QA/QC as well as having actual R&D alongside quality materials & workmanship.  Just like how iPhones (arguably the best designed/assembled handsets) are assembled in China, but designed in the USA.

This thread linked below is money, I actually have it bookmarked:

Now... w/ all that said, if I had a bling-bling glitzy showcar NSX w/ 18/19's (of which the OEM/stock brakes would look puny & oversized 4-corner offerings from Brembo, Spoon, Zeal, Project u, Willwood, Rotora, Stoptech, etc' would be $$$)... and I primarily used this dolled'up NSX of mine as a boulevard cruiser & date'nite ride - I'd give consideration to knockoff replica BBK's from one of the copycat fabricators. . .
