Per the article in Racer. The Kool sponsor ship is leaning on leaving Cart for the IRL next year. Brown & Williamson (Kool) are not getting the benefit of $'s spent when Cart races outside the USA where their smokes are not sold. Berry Green indicated that they may be able to do both series although.
