K&N FIPK or K&N Stock Air Filter Replacement

I have 2 different K&N products that I am selling. One of them is the FIPK (Fuel Induction Performance Kit) which I am selling for only $100 plus shipping and the other is a K&N stock air filter replacement which I am selling for $40 plus shipping. Both are in excellent condition with only about 3K miles. I switched over to the Cantrell AIS and have a Comptech Unifilter at this time.

I'll take the Replacement filter if its still available. I assume this is the one that replaces the stock filter in a 91, right?
