$50k if you can prove that it was the NSX driven by Mr. Wolf in Pulp Fiction.
Otherwise the prices range between $20-30k depending on various factors for 1991s (in general)

Low miles 91 with all major maintenance items taken care of and with no mechanical, body, or cosmetic issues I would say about $32K. Anything lower and I think it would be a good deal.

All used cars are different. Comes down to service and condition and how bad you want it. If she is all original,no stories, all service up to date,good tires,original paint,clean carfax etc..Great buy mid to upper $20's, Ok price-$30-32, anything over $33 (over paid IMHO)
