New owner here of a 93 with 69k miles. Had no service records. With that begin said, timing belt was my first job. I read and reread the tb pdf at least 10 times. Unfortunately the previous person must had put loctite on the bolt as it took a 10 foot breaker bar and 10 mins with a torch to crack the bolt. But all in all it took me about 7 hours to do. Anyways, thank you for the write up and many guys along the way helping out answering q's. the timing belt looked brand spanking new.. I know it doesnt mean anything, the drive belts also looked brand new. But now i can roll without a worry of a ticking timebomb. Total cost of job was 140 belts only and 7 hours of sweat in the hot tx heat. Savings of over 1200

things i found out.

I did not have to tilt the engine. I have smaller hands

air rachet was a mega plus

car lift made things a lot easier

The honda 50mm works, just gotta spend some time grinding it down. Cut it up about 1cm from edge up, still fits into the odyssey.
