Just installed some "BRIDE Buckets"

I'm normally not a huge fan of buckets after my previous Recaro Pole Position install, which where some of the most uncomfortable seats I ever sat in. I was a bit hesistant to put these in, but couldn't resist the nice black grain with red sticthing. After an hour of labor and finally sitting in them in the car, I have to say they are so much more comfortable than my previous Recaro's.

They are nice. I would prefer the back of the seat uncovered. How much does one cost compared to the Recaro's?
 
Look nice,what are those 4 point belts atatched to? If nothing,and you intend to use them I would suggest a rear harness bar.

Yea I totally agree. Currently the 4 point belts are not connected to anything. Just for show until I get a rear harness bar. know anyone selling one? I have the factory belts hooked up though.

I know, weird huh..but I do find them to be more comfortable. :biggrin: had the pole position in for a week, and sold them asap.

Very nice, but I like the old school Bride cloth seats, the ones that have the Bride logo all over them. Id like a set for my S2K:wink:
 
The giant "BRIDE" logo is less than desirable. Reminds me of those baseball caps sometimes worn at weddings that have "BRIDE" and "GROOM" stitched on them. Decent otherwise, though.
 
Nice look. I am used to seeing the Bride stuff in Red, but the black is a nice change! Grats! :smile:
 
Thanks guys for all the feedbacks. I post up pics so that any fellow NSX'rs can see what some mods look like if anyone is thinking about doing the same. I hope it helps, just my small contribution since alot of other threads have helped me out deciding on what mods to do on my own car.
 
I have been looking into getting a set of Bride Low Max seats for my NSX, but have never owned Bride seats before. How is the quality? Are they worth the hefty price?

It's hard for me to answer this question. Our opinions in what is quality and what is not will vary. In the end though, when it comes down to it, in my honest opinion...I think the final decision comes down to what "label" you want to show off on the car. I'm sure debates can go on all day whether Bride, Recaro, Sparco, and brand X is better or not. If you are not going to track your car or enter it in Supertouring events...just find what is comfortable and what you like. I like these Bride much better than my previous Recaro Pole Position ones I had installed. The quality on these seats are so so I guess, but not sure what it's being compared to? Much better than imitation off brands though for sure.

I'm sorry if this is not much help, I highly suggest just checking out the seats you are going to buy in person. If you and your wallet likes it, buy it. It's your car....do what you like and what makes you smile when you walk into your garage.
