Thats ridiculous. There are other cars much better suited for that.
On the bright side, if he's riding at stock height, clearance should be equivalent of a 4x4.

Hearing the rocks striking the wheel wells made my heart hurt. 
Hey .. each to his own .. he's got a roll bar; radio delete; bride seats; and aftermarket wheel so maybe it was a bit of a basket case to start with. It is probably very competitive in a RWD class with 60% of weight at the back and an LSD. If it is the one that Brylek posted, it also has body dints and the front bumper appears to be a different color than the body so it's no garage queen. How is that any different from those who strip the insides out of their NSXs and built weekend only track cars?

I'm guessing this guy took one of these NSX's in horrific condition (possibly three scratches on the front lip, and slight bolster wear) and turned it into a track car.
Admit it, practically nobody on this forum other than a couple people wouldn't think of buying an NSX that wasn't a 10/10 condition. At least he put this one to good use.
On a side-note, watching him in a constant battle with that steering wheel reminds me of this landing (jump to 2:00mins):
