Well I finally gave myself sometime to put this up.

as for numbers I would rather not say :)

As for this dyno, I went back to 93 octane and has a fresh oil change.

This is a great way to hear a Titanium exhaust from outside the car :)

Mods:

DF CAI
Cantrell Headers
Test pipes
GT-One F1 sound muffler titanium version 4

nice sounds.... what kind of test pipes are you running?

It's saying the first one is no longer available but the second one sure sounds nice. :)

Was this at a local shop?

youtube is acting weird

this was at All Aspects in Chesapeake.

BTW I just heard theres a drifting event at Pungo airfield.

but not with the NSX of course :)

Hear anything about it?

I probably read the same things you did. I might go watch, but that's the extent of it.

looks great.... if you just uploaded the video on youtube.. it tends to act screwy the first hours.... give it some time...

Numbers!!!!!!!

Know how perople will post stuff sometimes where the general response is "This post is worthless without pictures"?? In this case, we have the video but...... "This post is worthless without numbers"! lol   I messin, haha! But we do want numbers

If you're not comfortable giving number can you at least tell us whether this exhaust improved your figures?

Thanks.

stock i got 250.43 RWHP to the wheels
that was with 100 octance, stock headers, cats, and custom FM exhaust

with this set up,
cantrell header, test pipe, gtone f1 titanium muffler,
went back to 93 octane with a fresh oil change
I did get a gain, probably normal for I/H/E

Basically I got my hopes up too high, and thinking of later on replacing intake filter, and fuel filter for a much better result

fwiw, I gained +3rwhp going back to a stock airbox (with paper element) over a K&N-element RM racing carbon intake, the stock airbox tends to do well on the dyno.

I would be interested in your numbers as well, they seem fine for a 3.0L, perhaps on the high side with the stock header.

I'm by no means an expert but haven't some folks found that running test pipes actually decreases hp on the NSX? Or am I confused on this matter?

You will achieved the same or slightly more HP. However, the mid range torque and power will suffer a little. On my set up, the HP arrives about 200 RPM later than when I had the cats.
