hi guys! I just changed my city to San Antonio and it feels weird. Sandra is stil in Las Vegas and will want to meet up with you guys from time to time. Keep us in mind and take pics so I can see what's going on. Nik

Wow, how long you plan on staying in San Antonio?
At least 4 years, Sandra will be out with me soon once we solidify a job and rent our house. Real estate market is killing us on our house. Anyone know how to decrease our principle to meet the current value of the house?
Uhh good luck with that!!! When you figure that out, can you tell me how you did it so I can dig myself out of this Grand Canyon sized hole?

Unfortunately I wasn't even successful at converting a 5 year arm into a 30 year fixed, and I went through the HOPE program. Decreasing the principle would take a miracle...
But if you do figure it out, please let me know...=)
Hey Brian, I just got back from the Grand Canyon and I can attest to the fact that it is one humongous hole
! Fascinating thing is that many have hiked to the bottom but have found their way back out!! It just took a little time and effort. Hope you find something "deep" in that to encourage you....:smile:

Selling a house is just not the thing to do right now. It's almost like lending institutions are currently setup to screw all but the most desperate hardship cases.
