This lip will fit only 2002+ NSXs. It is made of polyurithane, so it is flexible.
It is painted silverstone, and was on my car for about 4 months. It has some minor scratches on the bottom, and some scuffs on the front part. You can paint it if you are particular, but if you have a silverstone car, you can just slap it on.
