Hey Stu,

How do I go about 'renewing' my membership? :) Do you want us to fill in the form again?

Cheers,
Derick...

Renewals are easy as a cheque with your name on it sent the address above.

I'm bumping this thread with the additoional fact that membership is now only $50!!!!

You mean the monthly WED. night dinners?? When are they??

Yes it is the NSX Club of Canada and is registered as such....We had a few members in Alberta and BC, when we help organized West Fest in Kelowna. After this event folks decided not to renew their membership. However, they continue to ask for help with getting sponsorship for events like Honda Edmonton Indy.

If there are others interested in the Club from Winnipeg, let me know.

Regards, Bram

People in the west are encouraged to join the NSXCC. All the west really needs in order to create something awesome is a small group of people who are willing to put out an effort to create a formal and self sustaining membership.

It isnt hard, but it takes effort and time. Once the ball is rolling, it tends to keep rolling, but you need a formal Club structure to get the things that maintain momentum - ie sponsorships and perks. The NSXCC will give you that formal structure - but you would need to operate within it and not be just a gathering of guys who like NSXs. ie People who attend the events must be members. Once that is followed, people will sign up. If it isnt, they wont and the motivation for joining disappears, along with the benefits.

Very true.

The NSXCA started much the same way, and its national span reflects the values of the core group that seek to expand it. The club is only as strong as the members. Small steps...
