Is anyone familiar with this 1997 automatic currently in Murrieta, CA?

It was apparently purchased 3 - 4 years ago.

Also, it has been maintained at Temecula Radiator - is anyone familiar with the shop?

and performance chip for the auto trans concerns me. How much track time does it actually have.
