I'm in the same position. My building recently changed providers to Broadband Concepts, Inc. and they don't seem to carry the channel, even on their expanded lineup. Will call them soon and ask them about options. Will post my response.
Actually, I just checked and noticed that if you go to the Speed Channel there is an input box in the top right that allows you to provide your zip code, and will then inform you as to which cable providers servicing your area carry the channel. If you have a satellite/dish, I think it's easy to add the channel, and there is a number provided.
Note:Will still call my cable provider, and see what options exist for somebody whose primary provider does not carry the channel.
Regards.

They have it listed on their website in their digital channels (under "sports"). Do you have, or can you switch to, their digital cable service?
I switched my cable service to digital service a few months ago. I had held off on doing so for over a year because I was making two assumptions, both of which turned out to be false: (1) I thought that, with digital service, my VCRs would no longer be able to receive almost all the channels without a cable box, so that I wouldn't be able to record multiple programs on different channels without manual intervention; and (2) I thought that digital service would be more expensive than analog service. I'm glad I was wrong and just wish I had switched to digital service sooner.
...But it was Lida and Wakisaka driving an Esso Ultraflow Supra who walked away winners in the drivers championship, which goes to prove that in JGTC, the fastest/best car doesn't guarantee the title---unlike Ferrari in F-1 of recent years.
