Hi Canadian NSX Primers,

Having met alot of you at the recent NSXPO 09 event I may have said that my role in Dubai may be ending etc. Well on my return to work on Sunday I was made redundant so my wife and I will be returning to Toronto around the 2nd week of December. Yay just in time for winter and the lovely GTA weather...

Hopefully though I'll be able to secure work in the region as I'll be searching for good recruitment agencies to contact etc. If you are at all wondering what work I formerly did in Dubai I was the Logistics Manager for The World island project http://www.theworld.ae and worked for the Dubai government's development company called Nakheel http://www.nakheel.com As most of Dubai is at a standstill or completely cancelled what else could one expect.

Anyway it will be nice to participate in NSX activities with you guys in the spring. Cycling too...

The Canadian Economy isn't that bad right now. You wont find Dubai salaries, but jobs are available and the ecomony is expanding. In fact, I have never been busier at work.

Unfortunatly Real Estate is on the clime and there was record sales for July to Sept. Prices are up an average of 11%. http://www.theglobeandmail.com/glob...adian-home-sales-prices-surge/article1324557/
However, winter is a great time to steal a property some has to sell.

When does the tour of the U.S. start? You still need to come out here for a visit. Perhaps on your way to NSXPO in Vegas?

Let's see what happens...I still need to track down another NSX. U.S. may be the place where I find it.

We've got 8 weeks before my visa runs out and we need to give back the apartment we rent so I'm pursuing roles in both the UAE and Canada.

Definately an interesting time in my life with just being married, my wife is expecting our first child in April, and now the possibility of moving back to Canada.

To be honest the sun, sand, and half naked girls isn't all that its cracked up to be. We love the sun but living in a climate where its either "hot" or "hotter" isn't that great.

I'd like another NSX...so I'm now toying with owning an earlier model and then perhaps picking up a 97 or 98 993 as well. My brother-in-law also has a mint E46 M3 in Black w/Red imola leather that he's keen to sell...
