Thats is so weird, I just saw a different jet kart on another web page but it had a
SCRAM motor on it. No details just a pic and a title under it. I never thought I would see one jet powered go kart but I seen two in one day...

Wow, they had to really strip down and modify that JFS-100 engine to make it work like that!

Pretty interesting, but with 100lbs of thrust, I doubt even under optimal conditions it will go much over 65 MPH.

By way of comparison, a 125cc shifter kart will go 100-125 MPH and the 250cc ones will hit around 140 MPH.

The turbine probably sounds cool though. They should add an afterburner or use a bigger fan, then it would get going a little better at the top end. It would also look really cool!
