Adjustment bracket
With an adoption of a "adjustable bracket" the ideal low post ion can be achieved without any use of helper spring. One rotation, approximately 2mm, will enable the user to change the length of the damper. Dampers are black plated rather then painted for extra durability .
15 Level Adjustment
The 15 level adjustment corresponds to variety of racing stages, from Touge 'mountain roads' to circuits. Adjustment is easy with its click adjusting dial. The dial is located either on the upper shaft for regular dampers or on the lower shaft for inverted dampers. This damper is also designed for town use; hence, dampening setting ranges from hard (+4kg/mm) to soft (-4kg/mm).
Single tube type shell case
Unlike visual based cartridge damper, adoption of the single tube shell case enables the use of wishbone type 46 and strut type 36. This leaves an extra space for larger pistons. Also this change allows for better heat dissipation, which prevents performance deterioration from hard runs. Special steel and anti-friction components are used to minimize friction.
Spring seat / lock seat
Each single full rotation equals 2mm drop. The adjusting locking seat allows for spring stress to adjust with out the necessity to change suspension position.

Best suited for those drivers whose priority is a high grip level for touge, circuit, and other tarmac driving. Offers both direct feel and a high level of tune-ability that will satisfy the needs of aggressive street and track use.
Developed to be used with High Performance Tires:
Mono FLEX was tested with high grip tires and/ or larger diameter wheels in mind, and are recommended to bring out the full potential of this aggressive suspension system.
Specifications:
A. Upper Mount:
Pillowball upper mounts are included, which increase steering response by use of spherical ball bearings. Also includes front camber adjustment on strut type vehicles.
B. Mono-Tube Structure:
The use of separate chambers for the hydraulic fluid and nitrogen gas, ensures minimal aeration and provides quick dissipation of heat for consistent handling. Larger valving also provides a larger range of damping force adjustment.
C. Full-Length Ride Height Adjustment System:
Allows the user to tune the suspension with separate adjustments for shock/strut length and spring pre-load. This system allows the user to change the vehicle’s ride height without effecting spring rate.
D. 16-level Damping Force Adjustment Feature (combined Compression and Rebound):
16 way damping force adjustment, compression and rebound adjustments are made simultaneously. Specially designed needle valve system allows for damping force adjustment to meet various road and surface conditions.
E. Micro Speed Valve:
Optimizes the low speed damping force range for improved steering response, reduced body roll, and improved stability.
F. Protective Coatings:
Teflon and a specially formulated Flourine treatment are given to the exterior of the coilovers for long lasting protection against the elements.
G. Complete Kit:
Kit includes pre-assembled shocks, springs and pillow ball upper mounts to ensure optimum settings.
H. Springs:
Straight springs are made from high tensile steel, with a strength of 200kgf/sq. mm. Some applications include helper springs.
