Japanese NSX Exhaust

Wow,looks like some ingeneous fellows had a dream and with the help of much Saki and an arc welder they realized that dream.I wish we could hear some of those contraptions.btw, they do look well made and thought out.

That first exhaust system has a lot of bends, I wonder if they serve some sort of purpose. I've heard of 180 degree headers maybe those are it (even though they are not part of the headers)?

All seem to be dual-can exhausts

#1 - narrow-center exit, thin cans, mucho spaghetti plumbing. See more at http://www2u.biglobe.ne.jp/~ohm/nsx1.htm

#2 - wide-center exit, thin cans, more "traditional" plumbing. Reminds me of Taitec JGTC Parallel Exit system. See more at http://www2u.biglobe.ne.jp/~ohm/nsx2.htm

#3 - medium-center exit, straight cans, straight piping. See more at http://www2u.biglobe.ne.jp/~ohm/nsx3.htm

#4 - parallel-exit, dual cans, reminds me of Gruppe M and Borla (Anytime) units. See more at http://www2u.biglobe.ne.jp/~ohm/nsx4.htm
