Is this the first Type S being sold on the used market?

Only 310k.....what a deal......and apparently the price was even higher as it states "reduced price".

I have read that many dealerships list the vehicles automatically when they are verified incoming or are delivered, the vehicles were ordered/sold to a customer and are not for sale.

I think there are 2 listed for sale, both are yellow, 299,900 and 395,000, there was a white one listed @ 315,000 on cars.com, but I do not see it now.

Agreed. There are a bunch on Autotrader in the 187k range... those are spoken for like you said and are existing orders. The other two at 315k and 395k appear to be private sales and flips.
