doubt it...the proportions of the car don't look nsx-like at all besides the bubble headlights...
the front wheels have a much larger lip than is possible on the nsx.
the front is molded together with custom headlights
the a-pillars don't look like they slope at the same angle as the nsx.

"Absolutely Not!" There is not even enough rake on the fake windscreen and those flag mirrors are probably glued on for the video along with the fake headlamps.
