Is this an updated timing cover?

I have no service records for my car and am trying to figure out if my '91 has the new timing cover which would "probably" indicate a new water pump and timing belt. I have read all the posts and am just trying to make sure I am looking at the right nipple that peope have earlier referenced.

The close-up photo (hopefully it shows up) was taken at a funny angle but the nipple that I am questioning and photographed is at about 8:00 on the timing cover bulge.

It is a new cover.

Your water pump is new style, so the timing belt is new too.

Now since you do not need the timing belt, which mod are you going to buy.
