You should go to a local racing store if possible to try out the helmet on your head. It will be a waste of your time and money if you buy it and isn't comfortable. You will likely wear it for 30 minutes at a time, and if it doesn't fit properly, most likely it won't be safe.

I have to agree with Kenji on this one. Even withing the same brand (Simpson, Bell, etc) the sizing is not always the same. I can help you out on Simpson and Bell if you know your exact size though. Try OG Racing, they are running a special on the Simspon Voyager right now, and it is a good deal. HTH.
