Have you reviewed the NSX Valuation Document at all? If not I highly suggest you look at it thoroughly and often, its a great place to get a sense for what a particular car is selling for in the current market. Looks like that car should be priced right around $51K given the year and mileage though it is modded which will affect the value one way or another depending on your (or another buyer's) taste.

Not a big fan of the painted top and seats. It may be a fair price If they are able to provide the documentation to support maintenance and clutch swap.
