Is GT Rom from Japan still in business?

I ordered a CE 28 N wheel from GT ROM in Japan ( "Hitoshi GT-ROM [Tamura]" <[email protected]>) over 2 months ago and since then no news whatsoever...
Does anyone know if he is still in business?
If not I lost 90000 Yen...

I wrote to Rays in Japan about GT ROM and they stated that they are not one of their direct distributors.
In my reply, I asked them why they authorise unknown companies to pretend they can resell Volk Racing wheels???
In the computer industry, where I come from, third party distribution is under strict control by the manufacturers.
I wonder if the same applies in the automotive industry not only in the USA but also in Japan?
Does anyone know?
