Hi !!

I'm thinking about buying a Apexi V-AFC II Controller Unit, and I would like to know if someone knows that, find it efficient or not, and if it is not too complicated to plug it by myself ?
(I have all NSX Factory manuals I can find any wire coming out of the ECU)

Thanks a lot !!!

No. I'm just trying to improve the power of my car.

I'm changing the air admission for a direct admission (Injen), with a higher air flow. But that means I have to correct fuel parameters isn't it ?

I had an Integra, I made the same with another controler, and I think it was a little bit efficient. So I don't know if it is worth.

Else way the engine is not modified, it is stock.

Do you think I should change something else ?

I think most people have good results with no changes to the ECU when changing the air filter, headers and exhaust. The NSX ECU is programmed for rich fuel ratios at wide open throttle, so the small extra air flow (assuming there is extra air flow) from your modification will not have a big impact on air fuel ratios.

As far as piggy back units go I think more people use this unit then any other.I am not talking NSXer's only but many makes -models. if you only needed to control larger injectors I would go this route instead of a full blown stand alone.the new gen2 has some pretty decent upgrades from the older model:

Previous Vtec AFC New VTEC AFC-II
Air Flow Setting choose 8point choose 12point
Air Flow Engine RPM every 500rpm every 200rpm
Drive Voltage Circuit Safety None more stable
Display Monitor Adjustment None setting up display
Limited Edition: White
other functions
Other Functions None -knocking Monitor
-Digital Display
-Setting Memory function
-Warning function
-Password
-Lock function
you can see the new unit is much better and at 300 bucks a bargain IMHO. I dont think it is a big deal to wire up but it surely needs some dyno time

best regards david
