I forgot to say... for gauges you can also forget a screen and use the PLX devices guages in the navpod. They are very thin... like less than 1". You can fit a few there. If you are using AEM, contact DDozier. He is the dealer for this brand Ryu and I were talking about, its very good. DashDaq. I just find its screen to be too small.
