Hey all,
I just joined the NSX family about a week back. I picked up a 91 Sebring Silver (automatic - I know, not my first choice but got a good deal). There are definitely some things that need fixing and I'll work on it little by little.
A little about me - I work in a tech company and live in the Willow Glen area of San Jose. I used to drive an s2k and already love the feel of the NSX. I can't wait to bring mine back to pristine.
One thing I need to get replaced are the inner and outer tie rods on both sides of the car. OEM tie rods plus installation at Don's Hilltop auto will run me around $550. Do I need to go with OEM parts here? Are there other brands that will serve me just as well? Does the price quote from Don seem reasonable? I trust him and he seems very honest. Just want to double check.
Thanks! Looking forward to seeing you all around.
