I have been trying to find this out forever with no luck. Also I can't get a local paintshop to even attempt to match the color. I can't use a dash kit because I have some pieces that are not OEM. Has anyone had a shop that matched it perfect. I am willing to send the pieces anywhere in the country to have done. Also does anyone know of a company that overlays in real carbon fiber. I know of SoCal but it is not real carbon fiber and you can tell. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

Hey what sort of interior pieces do you have that is not original or OEM? Such as a navigation pod?

I have the same problem finding a nice replacement for the centre console and I am considering to respray the centre console with matt black.

Please let me know if you have any other solution.

Many Thanks

Ben

Every paint shop I know will match a color by comparing the color of choice to a color swatch (I think that is the term) with a paint code. There is no 'interior paint code' as far as I know.

You can not 'overlay' carbon fiber such as finishing something with carbon fiber. There are carbon fiber trim pieces that you can buy that attach on top to existing stock trim panels.

The steps I took to finish my console:

1. Lightly sand
2. Prep coat
3. Take to body shop, show them the silver color I wanted to match, they looked in their color book and found a swatch that matched.
4. They painted, then I installed.
