Interesting......

aluminumdream's neighbour should buy it and park it in front of his house all year long

He didn't buy this car. He is too picky to buy a car with rebuilt title. He bought his from Acura Sherway with full history and title. It was also one of two original Canadian Imola Pearl between 02-05.

I would be wary of a rebuilt car too but more for it's ability to retain it's value than anything else....but it is an economical way to get into an NSX!
Tell you the truth though if I saw this add before I bought my NSX I would have likely picked it up...saved myself $10K...and the car has less mileage than the one that I picked up. Mine had the equivalent 66000km (41,000 miles). Would have taken the car to someone more experienced with it to ok the purchase. I love that color too.

Yes, it does look great from here, but let's not jump the gun! Like most adds for US cars in Canada, the mileage is usually reported wrong as km's when its actually in miles. We need a VIN and someone to check this out in person and report back. I would if I was closer....

You guys are all right ...but personally if one is to buy an nsx it would have to be no issues and full history disclosed...if i were to buy my nsx its go big or go home.. i wouldnt be able to live with a title being rebuilt it just wouldnt feel the same in my opinion ..but thats just me...probably by the time im ready to buy i would probably have to pay more just to find the one i want..since it would be harder and harder to find that nsx with no history and in immaculate shape...

well time will tell i guess

Hey Supra TT, have you dyno'd your car? I have a friend in TO with a metallic blue 93 planting 560 at the wheels. That car is awesome!

The Supra is gone. Just the NSX now! Never got around to putting it on a dyno. With BPU upgrades I was running low 12's in Cayuga - Great bang for the buck.

But the Supra compared to the NSX in terms of looks and attention is like Rosanne Barr standing next to a super model.

Enjoy that beautiful car of yours. You may see me in TO one day....

Thanks!!! Hahahahahaha. That would be my worst freakin nightmare!!! Id make sure his car disappears before he gets a chance to park it. Then again i could use some of his orange parts as spares.

LOL! Your right Owen. A lil too picky, or O.C.D as some would say.

I got enough documentation for my liking including this little gem my buddy James took at the Toronto Auto show back in 2002.

Look familiar????

How do you know for sure it is the same car? Did he take a picture of the VIN?

Then again, there are only two Imola/Orange combo in Canada, so you have 50/50 chance anyway. Sometime I wonder where the other owners are located. Always wanted to meet one of the Canadian 02+ LBBP/Onyx.

Owen, the other Imola owner posted in the Sherway Acura thread. he lives in Montreal.

When i get a chance im going to contact someone at acura to see if i can get the VIN of the imola nsx my buddy took a pic of.

Someone did mention that mine was the one at the autoshow, but i must confirm this.....not that it matters really. It would be cool though to know for sure.
