I've gone through the logic circuits on the Legend's board and not only does there not seem to be any circuit to control any such extra RAM, there is most definitely not any external address or data lines running to anything other than the external ROM and I/O controller. As a note, the vigor uses the same processor and decoder setup as the Legend but doesn't ever reference this F800-F8FF memory area.-Matt
