No, the Legend ECU is missing the circuitry to control VTEC along with my explanation of the dual I/O controllers above. You could get the NSX to run minimally on the Legend ECU though since all of the sensor inputs and outputs are nearly the same. I'm sure you could even tune it to run well and implement hacks to control the VTEC, but it still wouldn't have the robustness of the dual I/O controllers.-Matt
