Just wondering what NSX drivers are paying for auto insurance in CA? I have 2000 NSX and they want $1,000 every six months!!
Is this the average people are paying????

Maybe because yours is newer manx469. Get an older one like my '91 (I sold). I was paying about $50 bux a month for 100k/300k coverage with a $500 deductible for collision through Wawanesa.

It's all about the driver record...I got a quote from Gieco for $528 for six months with one ticket, but after running my record it came back with two tickets(speeder and stop sign:( ) my new quote was $1328 for six months!!!  :( needless to say I told'em I would call them back after that stop sign ticket comes off(Jun 27th) yesterday:D ...Hopefully they don't mysteriously change my one ticket quote, cuz I'm calling today...

Driving record is everything...when I first insured my NSX I had three tickets on my record....$2400 per year:eek: for a '91!!!

thank God as of today I only have one point on my record and more money in my pocket after I switch to Gieco today..

21st Century wanted $1,550/year for a part time vehicle. I went with Hagarty with the same level of coverage for $635/year.

Clean record and 3 cars insured. The NSX portion is about $100 a month classified as a "pleasure" or "part-time" car. Liberty Mutual (formerly Prudential) with Homeowners policy discount.

I gave up trying after inputting "NSX" three times and all three quotes came back "TL"

I heard alot of good things about wawanesa, and got $958 a year with the max coverage. They seem to have the lowest premiums.
