Insurance coverage for track events

I just confirmed with my insurance company that my car is not covered in driver's ed events. The exclusion in the policy has been broadened to: "...located inside a facility designed for racing..." Before, as long as it was not a timed event and not a race, it was covered. J.C. Taylor has coverage for track only but is not licensed to sell in NJ. Anyone know of any providers that can sell me this coverage in NJ? From my experience, track events are safer than commuting but all it takes is that one incident.

I've seen people at the track using tape to cover their plates -- worried about insurance company digging up photos on the internet I guess.
