Hey folks,

This weekend I had the pleasure of helping a friend install DC Sport headers on his 1993 NSX. I have done this before, but mine are RM headers. When I installed my RM's it was pretty smooth and the rear header just fit up to the cylinder head easily. With the DC Sport headers the rear header would not go in place. The clearance was shy about 1/2 inch. There are two ways to solve this:

1. Remove the right motor mount and raise the drive train slightly to get the clearance.

2. Loosen the "rear beam" amd move it down a 1/2 inch, install the header, then retighten the rear beam.

We did #2, since we did not have a good set of 1/2 drive tools on hand to loosen the upper motor mount.

I think that #1 would have been easier, especially with an impact gun
