Installing a CD-shifter

I have an '91 without the OEM CD changer. I have tried to locate the wiring in the trunk for installing the changer, but no success. On the right side of the trunk I find two unused contacts. One I believe is for the US version sidemarker. The other am I unable to define even after looking up in the big service manual.
Do I need some kind of adapter from the OEM wiring and to my CD changer?
I have also removed the head unit but was unable to locate the accessories plug on the rear side. At least somthing that my ACU/ALP adapter would fit.
I have also tried my mini-MP3 via cassette adapter but the sound is not OK; low and lacking bass.

The cable from the head unit for the CD changer is at the left side of the trunk. See the following file for pictures:
