my web page has some interior shots- I was very pleased with my install of the screen in the visor that shows the IPOD menu as controlled by the HK stalk.

The blue tooth is integrated into the rear speaker (i had to bybass the capaciter) and works with mute. The radar is the little LED next to the clock- i was going to mount it in the clock but the red lense might have masked the led changing from green to red. The contol unit is under the knee pad for now- out of sight. I have the same set-up on my Audi (with the contol in the ashtray) and never open it to see the display- the hidden LED works fine- not quite as good as my V-1 put pretty close.

also installed the shark attack 2 antenna.

Hi,

I love your setup of IPOD! It's very cool. I was hoping if you could please share some more information. I think I am interested in the same setup. I do have a few questions though,

1. How did you hook up the HK to the head unit? Is it with a wired FM modulator? What adaptor/interface did you use?

2. After installing the IPOD, do you still have control over your facotry CD changer?

3. Do you have a Smartenna? Does your IPOD setup disabled the Smartenna?

I would really appreciate it if you could answers the above questions in detail for me. Thanks

Don

Hi,

I used the line level in adaptor (the generic Honda part available at Circuit City USA*Spec Aux Interface ) and took the factory CD (skip prone) out (saved at least 10 pounds). I did not see the point of maintaining the cd player with a 60 Gig IPOD.

I got rid of the stock antenna and went with the Shark 2 - a much more modern look.

I have a picture of the antenna on my web site.
