fitting the grommet in the dustcap. You must remember to put the metal bulb clip in here at this point or you will be doing this step again on both sides. Ask me how I know!

Running the wires thru the water drainage holes was a major pain

Got it all together and turned them on and NOTHING!!!!
Called Clifford on a Sat. eve. and he ANSWERED. Put me thru a couple of trouble shooting things, but to no avail. Told me to send pics and he would do best he could. I was happy, cuz what the hell else could he do? LOL
started rechecking plugs and connections and found the remote power plugs pin had gotten pinched up against the inside wall of the plug. This is the plug

The only wires I wasn't sure what to do with were these.

Will take on the road pics. later cuz its raining tonight and they won't come out good.

BTW: I love the kit. Dramatic difference. Exactly what I wanted.

However, I noticed that Clifford's HID set up has a wire going to the battery terminal?? My hooks right up to the OEM hook ups and no extra wires going to the battery. It only took me 1/2 hour. It was looks so sweet at night.

Hooking it up to the battery is a GOOD thing. It was well discussed in this thread. You can fry your wiring by powering HIDs off of the OEM harnesses. That's just one of the problems you can encounter... That's why Cliffud's kit and others will use relays that power the ballast from the battery, it is a recommended practice. The sacrifice in doing things this way is the amount of work involved as in general it requires more time to do things right.
