How much do you guys think it's worth, or what is the max you would pay for it? Thanks in advance.

1994, auto, 130k, appears to be a clean title with at least 5 previous owners.

It was also listed here years ago.

Probably around 45-50 assuming no major issues.

EDIT-

This car reminds me of my 92: a little rough but still saveable with a some elbow grease. At 130k, your main issue will be the transmission. The AT is quite reliable, but it needs service around 100k to stay that way. Specifically, it needs the internal filter changed along with the shift solenoid screens (they are like the spool valve screens) at a minimum. If you do these items, start changing your fluid every 15k miles and you'll never need to service it again. I also recommend replacing the clutch packs but that is $$$.

If I got this NSX, I'd drop the transaxle and ship the AT out to Level 10 for service. In the meantime, I'd do the TB/WP service while the engine is out, along with a stage 1 engine refresh (heads stay on), the coolant hoses and the CV boots. I'd re-cover the seats, remove the old tint and have the whole car paint corrected. Send the hideous drug-dealer chrome wheels out for stripping and powdercoat to the OEM gunmetal. Grab a new front lip and an OEM airbox to replace the leaf-clogged "warm air intake". Depending on how much trans service you do and how much you can DIY, it's about 10k-15k worth of work, but you'd end up with a really nice NSX that you could drive all the time without worry.

Longer term items would be the HVAC system, ABS unit, shocks (likely pretty limp by now) and body seals. The EPS is probably close to end of life as well.

If you can get a deal done in the 40 to 50 range, and there are no issues with the frame or accident history, this is a really nice find.

Thank you for the in-depth write-up @Honcho.

I haven't been able to find much history on this car. The only issue I have is the number of times this car has changed hands and that it was last sold at a dealer auction. If any previous owners are here please chime in. :)

I did notice that the older Prime listing said the transmission had been "rebuilt" at 87k and also the engine had its TB service at that point. Assuming the shop did the correct service on the trans (filter, screens, clutch packs?), this car is looking better and better...

The only thing that would stop me is frame damage.

Assuming the paint is original, pictures looked pretty good for a 29 yo car. Perhaps seeing the car in person would help in your decision making process.

Thanks for the feedback everyone. The seller has it posted for a month now with no interest, I'll wait a bit longer to see if he lowers his asking price.

I found out that the seller sold it to a dealer for mids $45ks and now they are reselling it for $64.9k.

Maybe go in at 50 and see what they do- tell them that you want them to make a little money on the car and you'll take it off the lot. 50 is still a really good deal, even for an AT.

I don't think this car is for me. My last update is just more of a heads-up for any Prime member that may be interested.
