also had an inspection twice in two months? same state? No 2010 inspection?

re-reading looks like 51k it didnt pass inspection so they had to do it over once the issue was fixed or found a "guy" who would pass it.

That's what I was thinking, was when it was reported in 2009 it was a mistake...
