I believe that it's an insurance company owned car bc it's been at the facility for awhile. It'd need a lot of work and a lot of money spent. I missed that silver 98 a few months back that didn't need anything. Said to be a water car but was never in water. It was owned by state farm. I ended up buying from a private party. Goodluck on it. Please let is know how it turns out.
