Info about Mugen parts

I'm about to buy a NSX that's been modified with Mugen final muffler, Mugen exhaust manifold and Mugen thread chassis.
Does anyone know anything about these products, how they sound, handle etc.

The car is a coupe-97 3.2 6-gear with 50.000 km on it and the pricetag lies at $45.000, does this seem like a good deal to you guys?

I think the best thing to do is to sell me the parts when you get the car.

If the condition and maintenance of the car has been great, then I think you're getting a super deal.

I find it interesting that NSX parts are listed on then NA distributer's site, but not on the Mugen site.

Sounds like you have the same impression about Mugen as I have, I just wanted to make sure. Never owned a Honda/Acura before and just wanted to be sure.
